Gifts From An Angel was born from a deeply personal place; in the quiet, heavy stillness that follows a great loss.
In October 2022, my world changed forever when my brother, Trevor, passed away.
The holidays took on a different weight. There was a "dark cloud" where there used to be laughter, and the special occasions that once brought us together suddenly felt like painful reminders of who was missing. We found ourselves bracing for the milestones rather than celebrating them.
A New Tradition of Presence

The shift happened the following Mother’s Day. I realized that while Trevor couldn’t physically walk through the door with a gift, his love for our mother hadn't gone anywhere. I decided to start a tradition: I gave my mom two bouquets. One was from me, and the other was from Trevor.
In that moment, the room felt lighter. Seeing the comfort it brought her changed everything. It wasn't just about flowers; it was about acknowledging that his spirit was still right there, celebrating with us.
